Our tools change over time. Rather than list every possible provider, we work within these categories. Anything new we adopt appears in the table above before it handles anyone's information.

Artificial intelligence
We use AI tools to help draft content, build systems and prepare documents. Where AI features run inside a platform we already use, that platform's own providers process the request.
We do not put our clients' customers' personal information into general-purpose AI tools. Where a system we operate for a client sends that client's business information — a price list, or a description of a job — to an AI provider, it is set out in that client's agreement with us.
Storage outside Australia
Several providers above store data on servers outside Australia, mostly in the United States. GoHighLevel may give its support staff in India access to account data, and GoDaddy may process data in the European Union. We take reasonable steps to use established providers with their own security and data-protection commitments, but overseas recipients may not be subject to the Australian Privacy Principles.
When this list changes
We update this page when we add, remove or replace a provider that handles personal information. Clients are notified of changes affecting their systems as set out in their agreement with us.
